Refunds, without the runaround.
Changed plans or having trouble getting connected? We’ll help you work out the next step.
Haven’t used your eSIM?
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if your eSIM is unused and hasn’t activated. We’ll check its status before confirming the refund.
Some plans start when installed; others start when they first connect in a covered destination. Your plan and order page show which rule applies. Installing a plan that starts on installation activates it.
Something went wrong?
If you were charged twice, didn’t receive the purchased eSIM, or received one you can’t use because of a delivery error, we’ll refund you or offer a replacement you agree to.
If service fails in a covered destination on a compatible, unlocked phone, contact us so we can troubleshoot. If we can’t resolve the failure, we’ll review a full or proportionate refund based on the problem and the service provided. Your remedy doesn’t depend on whether our supplier reimburses us.
What isn’t routinely refundable?
Unused data in an activated plan, an expired allowance, a locked or incompatible phone, and a deleted eSIM don’t automatically qualify for a change-of-mind refund. Check compatibility before buying and don’t delete your eSIM while using it. This doesn’t limit your rights if a product is defective or applicable consumer law gives you a remedy.
How to request help
The branded support inbox is being connected before public launch. This preview doesn’t accept customer payments or refund requests.
Don’t send full card details or share your installation QR code or activation code publicly. Approved refunds go to the original payment method without a deduction for our processing fee. We’ll update you when a refund is submitted; your bank controls when it appears.
