SETUP & HELP

Ready when you arrive.

Your order page keeps your eSIM, installation instructions and plan details together. Open it from your order email.

Will it work with my phone?

Your phone needs eSIM support and must be unlocked for another carrier.

Common phones with eSIM support

iPhone
XS, XS Max, XR and newer models. Some regional versions differ. Check Apple’s list ↗
Google Pixel
Pixel 4 and newer, including Pixel 10 Pro. Older models have exceptions. Check Google’s list ↗
Samsung Galaxy
S20–S26 main, Plus and Ultra models. Regional versions differ; FE models need a separate check. Check Samsung’s list ↗

Other phones may work too. These are manufacturer-listed examples, not a complete list or confirmation that your phone is unlocked.

Check that it’s unlocked

On iPhone: Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock should show “No SIM Restrictions.” For Pixel or Galaxy, ask your current carrier to confirm.

How do I receive and install my eSIM?

After payment, your private order page holds your QR code, manual installation details and instructions. Your email contains a secure link to reopen that page. There’s no physical SIM to ship.

Install using Wi-Fi. To scan a QR code, open the order on another screen. If you’re using the same phone, follow its instructions for manual entry. Don’t delete the installed eSIM while you still need it.

iPhone asks “Home or Abroad.” Which should I choose?

Choose Abroad when you’ll use the eSIM outside your home country, or Home when you’ll use it at home. This tells your iPhone how you’ll use the line. It doesn’t change the countries your plan covers.

Which type of plan do I have?

For a plan described as mobile data with no phone number, choose Data Only. Internet calling and messaging apps can use the data, but carrier calls and SMS aren’t included. Check your purchased plan’s service description if it lists another type.

When does my plan start?

Check the activation rule on your plan and order page. Some start when installed; others start at their first supported-network connection in a covered destination. The listed days are the time to use that plan after it starts.

I’ve arrived. How do I use it?

Turn on the travel eSIM, select it for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line. Keep data roaming off on your usual SIM to avoid its roaming charges. Follow the instructions on your order page if your plan needs other settings.

Does the plan work in other countries?

Only in the destinations listed in its coverage. Country and regional/global plans can cover different places even when both appear for your destination. For a trip with several countries, add them all before choosing a plan.

I paid, but my order isn’t ready.

Keep your order page open or return through its email link. If it says delivery needs a check, don’t buy again. Your payment and order are saved so the delivery can be investigated.

Can I get a refund?

Unused, unactivated plans can qualify for a full refund when requested within 30 days of purchase. Delivery and service failures are handled separately. Read the refund policy.
